**Description**:
Qualified Educators - Multiple Roles
Join our ACT region CRCS ELCs We’re looking for passionate and dedicated Educators to join the team to help shape little minds and create a nurturing, fun learning environment.
Multiple casual positions available to provide coverage preferably between Mondays and Fridays.
**To be successful, you will have**:

- Ability to engage children in activities which are responsive and tailored to their interests and abilities.
- Ability to develop appropriate and sustained relationships with children.
- Demonstrated awareness of the rights of the child.
- Ability to communicate effectively with parents, children, colleagues and other stakeholders.
- Demonstrated awareness of mandatory reporting obligations.
- Ability to follow directions and undertake tasks at all levels.

**Desirable Experience**:

- Certificate III, Diploma or higher qualifications in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- First aid training as prescribed in the Education and Care Services National Law Act 2010.
- Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management training.
- Food Safety, Handling and Hygiene training.
- Demonstrated understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law, Regulations and Standards.
- Demonstrated understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework.
