We are currently seeking **First Qualified Educators** to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be directly responsible for supervising children, engaging with them in meaningful play and learning experiences, and helping create a safe, fun, and inclusive environment. You will support the planning and delivery of engaging programs, while also ensuring the wellbeing of every child in our care.

**What is a First Qualified Educator?**
A First Qualified Educator is recognised as holding both the study and experience required to provide leadership in an education and care service. To be eligible, you must have:

- Completed **at least 2 years of full time study**.
- A minimum of **2 years’ experience working in childcare or directly with children** in an educational or care setting.

This role sits under the **Children’s Services Award 2010**, and successful applicants will be employed as First Qualified Educators.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and engage with children aged 5-12 in both structured and free play.
- Assist in planning and delivering programs aligned with the _My Time, Our Place_ framework.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children in your care.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.

**Essential Requirements**
- 2 Years of fulltime study (in any field)
- Minimum 2 years experience working with children.
- Current WWVP (Working with Vulnerable People) registration (ACT).
