Redpath Partners are proud to be partnering with Service Stream to assist them in recruiting a Bid Writer for their Defence & Social Infrastructure division. This role can be based in either Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.
Service Stream is a leading national service provider who develop and operate Australia's essential communications, energy and water networks in the telecommunications, utilities and transport industries. They specialise in the design, construction and maintenance of new and existing networks and deliver end-to-end engineering and asset management solutions on behalf of their clients.

**Purpose of position**

You will be responsible for creating compelling, persuasive, and competitive bids in response to tender opportunities. You will play a critical sole in securing new business for the organisation by developing well-structured, highly professional, and winning proposals. Your expertise in written communication, research, and strategic thinking will be essential in delivering high-quality bid documents that meet the specific requirements of each tender.

**Experience required**

Minimum of 2 years demonstrated experience in bid writing
Experience in a proposal team setting and working with operations groups
Experience working on Constrcution/ Civil bids
