A multinational firm who is well-known for running extremely notable legal issues relating to high-stake transactions, commercial matters and disputes are looking for a Corporate M&A Lawyer to join their Sydney team. This firm has an extensive reputation and identify that their achievements are the result of their quality Lawyers and clients.

**Role**
- Reporting to Partners you will present guidance to clients across a wide range of financial transactions, varying from the straightforward to very intricate agreements.
- You will Advise on a range of commercial and corporate matters including property, mergers and acquisitions, equity raisings, joint ventures and advisory work on corporate governance matters.
- You will deliver counsel and structure in the context of complex corporate restructuring.
- Work for a diverse client base which will include leading global investment managers and ASX-listed entities.

**About you**
- 2-8 years PQE with experience in M&A
- A personable and hardworking character.
- Ability to work within a collaborative team with large matters.
- Ability to face challenge and responsibility.
- Impressive transcripts.
