**Premium fund manager with scale, and active mandate to grow.**

This opportunity appeals to 1-3 year analysts / 1-2 year associates sitting in real estate deal teams, investment banks, or corporate finance deal advisory.

You can expect exposure across all facets of corporate development and M&A activity. This will include valuation analysis, deal execution/management, equity raising, and debt origination & management.

It will require the ability to undertake financial modeling at both the entity level and asset level.

You will support an existing team, who have distinguished experience from bulge-bracket investment banks and have personal experience in high-profile M&A transactions.
