**Position Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Data Entry**: Accurately input and manage data related to inventory and operations.
- **Making and Collecting a Delivery Docket**: Prepare and compile delivery dockets or packing lists, ensuring accuracy and completeness of shipment details.
- **Effective Communication**: Engage with clients, subcontractors, and agents to confirm order specifications, coordinate tasks, and address inquiries.
- **Picking and Manufacturing**: Pick and organize construction materials for deliveries, as well as assist in simple manufacturing tasks.
- **Productivity Improvement**: Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency.
- **Inventory Management**: Oversee inventory, including monitoring and managing expired products.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Forklift license is not mandatory, as most tasks involve using lightweight power tools, hammers, and pickups for transportation.
- Ability to use electric tools and perform basic bolt and nut tightening.
- **Fluent Japanese language skills** or a reasonable understanding of Japanese is preferred due to our clientele, which includes Japanese customers and contacts.
- Strong customer service skills to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Flexibility to work on busy days, maintaining high productivity using the tools provided.
- Physical ability to handle occasional heavy items, with crane and forklift support available.
