GoActive Outdoors are seeking to recruit an energetic Warehouse Team Leader to join our team who will report directly to the Operations Manager at our Ingleburn Warehouse.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Organise work distribution amongst team members.
- Deliver effective inventory control and accurate tracking of stock.
- Actively seek opportunities for improvement
- Maintain work practices and processes following the company’s Safety and Wellbeing practices.
- Maintain & coordinate housekeeping of warehouse daily.

**About you**:

- Leading the team with a can-do attitude.
- Prioritise work and direct team members as required to maximise productivity daily.
- An LF Forklift Licence is required.
- Experience working in a warehouse environment, and an understanding of relevant OH&S requirements.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word and Outlook.
