**The Role**:
Experienced internal sales/spare parts interpreter needed. Identify and source parts, provide customer advice, and maintain supplier relationships. Customer service skills essential.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
- Identify customer parts requirements.
- Provide advice on parts specifications.
- Source and order parts.
- Troubleshoot product and process issues.
- Raise purchase orders, prepare quotes, and handle invoicing.
- Build relationships with suppliers.
- Provide parts support to the workshop and field service team.
- Contribute to customer base growth.
- Organize and plan work effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Parts Interpreter experience in Earthmoving or Automotive industry.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation.
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
- Current Driver's License.
- Epicor system experience (advantageous).
