About the Role

This exciting opportunity is for a Spare Parts Coordinator to join our team in Brisbane, supporting customers with parts and technical solutions across Australia.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in coordinating spare parts requirements efficiently and professionally – exceeding customer expectations while supporting internal workshop and field service teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating parts for workshop, field service jobs, and preps
  • Compiling customer quotes and managing internal and external orders
  • Handling stock control, replenishments, and inventory documentation
  • Operating the parts computer system (ERP) and maintaining data accuracy
  • Managing inter-branch transfers and local purchase orders
  • Organising couriers, deliveries, PPE, and parts-related admin
  • Supporting the team in compliance with OHSE, environmental, and quality standards
What We're Looking For

You'll bring solid experience in a spare parts, warehouse, or service coordination role. Strong mechanical aptitude or parts interpretation experience is also essential. You should have high attention to detail, excellent communication skills, confidence using computer systems and ERP software, and a current driver's licence (forklift licence desirable).
