Spare Parts Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled professional to manage and coordinate all spare parts and inventory for South Queensland.
This role is responsible for monitoring stock variances, implementing changes to improve future benefits, managing bi-annual stocktakes, coordinating spare parts sales, purchase orders, receipts, and dispatch, processing transfers, invoicing, and all parts-related paperwork, liaising with customers regarding purchase order status, requests, and expected delivery dates, and generating invoices for Parts Sales.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Industry experience is desired, preferably in a similar role.
- High energy and motivation to excel in a dynamic environment.
- Advanced Excel skills to analyze and process data efficiently.
- Results-oriented mindset to achieve goals and objectives.
- Strong communication and organizational skills to collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
