**The Opportunity**:
As the Spare Parts Supervisor, you will oversee the inventory, distribution, and procurement of spare parts to ensure our operations run smoothly. You will lead a team, manage supplier relationships, and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the spare parts department, ensuring optimal inventory levels and accurate record-keeping.
- Lead and mentor a team of spare parts staff, providing training and support as needed.
- Develop and implement inventory management strategies to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to assess spare parts needs and ensure timely availability.
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee procurement activities.
- Monitor and analyze spare parts usage and trends to forecast future requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all operations.

**Roster**:Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm

**What we are looking for**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a spare parts or inventory management environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
