The Platform Specialist will be primarily responsible for the successful deliverables of client campaigns through activation, as well as optimal execution of Amobee's suite of products. The Platform Specialist's daily responsibility will include, but not limited to, campaign set up, optimization, troubleshooting, client training, analyzing data and providing recommendations for client optimization strategies. They will be involved in all aspects of campaigns management, client support & training, demonstrating the platform and educating internal teams and clients with best practice and new platform features. Below details key focus of the role - . - Collaborate with Account leads for client onboarding including platform demo and training, as well as driving platform adoption. - Campaign set up, troubleshooting, optimization, reporting and daily management against deliverables. - Proactively advise clients on optimization strategies to help improve campaign pacing and performance, and share campaign management best practice. - First point of contact for clients regarding campaign enquiries, troubleshooting and technical escalations - Manage supply for BVOD buys and work with publishers for supply booking. - Work closely with internal teams to resolve, escalate and manage platform issues. - Funnel clients' product/ platform feature requests to Product team by filing feature requests. - Launch test campaigns in preparation for new products & solution launch in the market - Analyzing data and support accounts leads to developing strategies for campaign renewals, accounts retention and client engagement. - Support Account leads for Account Reviews and Product Updates - Ensure operations success by providing feedback to operations leads regarding automations & process improvement. **What will I bring?** - 2-3 years of digital advertising campaign management experience, preferably in ad tech/ programmatic, with hands-on-keyboards experience of tech platforms like DSPs, SSPs, DMPs. - Strong analytical skills, ability to investigate, troubleshoot, analyze, solve problems, and clearly communicate results. - A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required. - Have, or be willing to learn, basic technical skills in html, JavaScript, CSS and connecting to APIs to confidently discuss technical terms. **You must be**: - Confident - to make decisions. - Calm - able to work well under pressure. - Eager - to succeed in a new sale environment. - Collaborative - happy to work in a dynamic team. - Flexible - to work in a fast growth global environment. - A closer - Able to negotiate and close business deals swiftly. - Entrepreneurial: Understanding of client challenges and able to explain how Nexxen's solutions will be advantageous. - Communicator: Builds strong working relationships internally and externally. - Respected: A positive, inspirational team member.
