**How will I help?**

As a Platform Specialist your role is essential in maximizing campaign performance and ROI through the effective implementation and management of targeting strategies, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) and Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), along with strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.

To be successful in this role your goal is to create a seamless, modular ecosystem transformation program. This involves various aspects such as business readiness, media partner management, cross-functional team coordination, technology, financial management, and migration delivery.

Deliver customer and commercial value by effectively executing the above initiatives and leverage Media partner to enhance capabilities and improve performance by integrating with other transformation streams.

Work with our internal partners in creating innovative omni-channel, personalised experiences and drive collaboration and diverse perspectives from internal and external stakeholders to articulate and implement a connected, commercial, omni-channel capability roadmap in the future.

**What do I need?**
- Demonstrated experience in digital advertising with a focus on managing campaigns on DSPs and CDPs
- Strong understanding of DSP and CSP functionalities including audience targeting, bid management and campaign optimisation.
- Proficient in data analysis (Azure, AWS, Adobe, Google, or anything similar)
- Experience in programmatic advertising and real time (RTB) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Azure, AWS, Adobe, Google, or similar and Web server technologies (Apache, Nginx) and server-side frameworks
