**What this job involves**:
This is an incredible opportunity for a GM with a ‘Real Estate’ focus, to manage International Towers 2 and 3 offering an iconic CBD location, state of the art premium services that create an exceptional experience for tenant partners and visitors, with a focus on sustainability and environmental responsibilities.

The current onsite team continue to do an outstanding job and are 100% focused on tenant satisfaction and ensuring the assets meet the ongoing changing needs of its occupiers.

You’ll be responsible for the overall performance of the asset and the management team. This is a broad ranging management role with areas of responsibility including financial, leasing, EH&S, operational, strategic business planning, and stakeholder management. You will work closely with our clients Investment Manager and Fund Manager to continuously review and enhance the overall commercial offering to the occupants and the market generally.

The role will play a vital role in strategic planning and co-ordination for a whole of precinct management solution, helping to protect the interests of all stakeholders through detailed and effective logístical planning, stakeholder communications and management.

**Sound like you? This is what we are looking for**:
Previous experience managing premium major office and retail assets is required. Furthermore, you will hold outstanding leadership qualities, stakeholder management skills, a high level of commercial acumen and superior interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills. You’ll need the personality and standing to be an ambassador for the asset representing the client, JLL, tenants, customers, and the community.

A demonstrated ability to add value to a property asset through identifying value enhancing and/ or essential capital works, developing a value adding leasing strategy will be critical to your success as well as creating additional net lettable area or revenue streams.
Also important is a high level of financial aptitude, analytical skills, computer literacy, with the ability to manage an independent profit centre.
A NSW Real Estate Licence is required.
