The PDV and Digital Games Administration Officer, provides a broad range of administrative services to support the successful implementation, delivery, and continual enhancement of screen strategies and initiatives related to Post, Digital, and Visual (PDV) effects and Digital Games.

In this role you will:

- Support the end-to-end administration for the Post, Digital, and Visual (PDV) effects and Digital Games rebate program.
- Provide efficient administrative support for project development, assessments and implementations.
- Address inquiries and resolve complex issues related to the PDV and digital games rebate program, providing accurate information and swift resolutions.
- Keep records and databases up-to-date, adhering to Screen NSW administrative systems and policies.
- Administer and monitor office systems, adapting processes to enhance team efficiency while aligning with agency standards and policies
- Compile and analyse performance data to provide valuable insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.

**About You**

To be successful within this role, you will have:

- Understanding of the screen sector, with experience in funding assessments and contract administration.
- Demonstrated expertise with database, information, and record management systems.
- Excellent communication abilities to handle inquiries and complex issues effectively.
- Experience in or knowledge of the digital and visual effects sector is a plus.
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to improving office systems and procedure
