We are seeking an experienced administration professional to join our team as a Digital Health and ICT Administration Officer. In this key support role, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to our digital health teams, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality services.

  • Provide administrative support to digital health teams, including coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
  • Assist with procurement processes, including sourcing equipment and services, and managing contracts.
  • Develop and maintain databases and spreadsheets to track inventory and other relevant information.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our digital health teams, including coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
  2. Procurement Assistance: Assist with procurement processes, including sourcing equipment and services, and managing contracts.
  3. Database Management: Develop and maintain databases and spreadsheets to track inventory and other relevant information.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
