About Our Opportunity

We are on a mission to build the future of gaming by redefining how games are played and discovered.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for designing and scaling innovative products that connect game studios with players in new ways. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring strong organisational and project management skills to deliver scalable programs.

You will work closely with internal teams to design, test, and launch new growth products, analysing performance data and continuously refining programs for greater impact.

We aim to make digital worlds real with incredible global growth plans as the fastest growing gaming chain in 2024 with 250+ games signed.

About The Role

This B2B Growth Lead role is a key position within our company, focusing on building relationship-driven programs such as creator, community, or partnership initiatives. You will be empowered to develop and execute the B2B Growth Product strategy to accelerate growth across existing products and new products.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth through innovation and customer engagement
  • Nurturing relationships with creators, partners, and agencies to identify opportunities and build mutually beneficial partnerships
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, test, and launch new growth products
  • Analysing performance data to inform programme development and optimise results
What We're Looking For

We are seeking an experienced professional with a background in consulting, growth, or business development who has a proven track record of high-velocity learning. Your expertise in building scalable programmes, experimenting with new offerings, and developing long-term partnerships will be invaluable in this role.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
  • A passion for innovation and customer-centricity, with a drive to stay ahead of industry trends and best practices
