**Sales**:
Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online.

Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.

We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

- In summary, you'll:
- Produce analyses that drive actionable insight, directly influencing sales strategies and brand growth.
- Develop reporting processes that track and measure business performance, setting the stage for informed decisions.
- Monitor market shifts and competitor movement to discover opportunities for innovation and expansion.
- Execute strategic account plans with a commercial focus to achieve Reckitt's goals.
- Streamline end-to-end processes to pinpoint opportunities that the sales & trade marketing teams can act on.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to maintain and enhance reporting mechanisms at local and global levels.

- Highly skilled in account management, with a savvy for ecommerce and field sales.
- Achieved a balance between strategic planning and impeccable execution.
