**Role Overview**:
As an Adviser - Listings, you'll be part of a dynamic team responsible for overseeing listed entities' compliance with regulations. Engage directly with listed entities, their advisers, and regulatory bodies.
**Skills & Experience**:
- A tertiary qualification in law, accounting, finance, business, economics, or related fields.
- Ideally, at least 3 years of relevant industry or professional experience, including 2 years PQE.
- Strong interest in capital markets, corporate transactions, and governance.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
