The company is composed of an experienced team embarking on a new nationwide financial planning organization, with the goal to provide Australians across the country with committed and prosperous financial advice.

With the team combined experiences as financial advisers, managers, and business owners, you will be part of our exciting growth strategy.

They take the stress out of managing finances and believe with their experience, that they can deliver a better way to provide service to the needs of their clients in this marketplace.

**About the role**:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Financial Advisor to embrace ever further growth, working alongside our expert Advisors who share over 40 years of combined experience.

You will develop holistic strategies for our clients with the scope of advice being predominantly around superannuation and insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic and holistic financial advice to new clients
- Maintain and deliver an excellent client experience to maximize retention and client referral
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure recommendations are executed in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain technical and comprehensive knowledge of current compliance requirements
- Liaise with paraplanners and admin support and provide direction when needed
- Continue to grow a portfolio of clients with a consistent pipeline of qualified leads

**About you**
You will be a charismatic yet process-oriented individual who thrives on exceeding goals and making some serious money. You will effortlessly build rapport with our clients and your support team, whilst you enjoy working with a wider collaborative team and driven company directors.

You will hold the following;
- Listed on ASIC's Financial Adviser Register
- Passed FASEA exam and tertiary education in related discipline
- Previous experience as a financial adviser/planner
- Experience providing advice on superannuation and insurance
- Strong understanding of financial planning compliance and regulations
- Proven phone manner, professionalism, and sales experience
- Strong time management skills to meet deadlines and manage workflows
- Flexible and open to learning new processes and working under pressure
- Financially motivated and prepared to take calls during the evenings

**This is a high-energy role, with the opportunity to grow a substantial ongoing revenue stream.**
