**About the Opportunity**

As a Customer Support Advisor - Allied Health, you will play a key role in guiding the Allied Health Scheduling team and leveraging data analytics to improve service delivery outcomes.

This dynamic role involves monitoring team schedules and working across departments to maintain ECH's high service standards.

The position will assist leadership and will be instrumental in supporting daily operations, prioritising work requirements, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the overall customer experience and help meet business unit KPIs.

**About You**

You'll lead by example, demonstrating superior customer service skills and encouraging team members to consistently exceed client expectations.

You will work collaboratively and demonstrate your ability to build strong relationships with both team members and cross-departmental colleagues.

You will maintain a positive, solution-focused mindset, coupled with exceptional listening skills and emotional intelligence. These skills enable you to quickly identify root causes of concerns allowing you to implement effective win-win outcomes.

**Essential Criteria**
- National Police Check
- Allied scheduling experience
