Due to strong organisational growth, we are currently looking for an experienced Allied Health professional to come onboard and lead the Allied Health team to further success.
- Key duties but not limited to: _
- Provide direct supervision & mentoring to the Allied Health team
- Monitoring performance & coordinating changes where needed
- Building & maintaining external stakeholder relationships
- Promoting access to training/education opportunities for clinicians
- Develop & implement new graduate program for future therapists
- Reporting directly to the National Allied Health Manager

**Essential Criteria**
- Relevant Allied Health Tertiary qualification
- Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology
- Relevant registration (AHPRA or SPA)
- Extensive postgraduate experience in the disability sector
- Experience leading and supervising allied health clinicians
- Strong commitment to leading a positive team culture
- Experience working within the NDIS framework
- Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously
