Exciting opportunity for an Utilities Officer within a well known school.

**Your new company**

Based in the Northern Suburbs of Hobart, this well-known school is looking for a new Utility Officer for their campus. Operating for over 60+ years this school has been leading the way in education for Kindergarten to Year 10. With rising demand, they have the opportunity to expand their Facilities team.

**Your new role**

As the Utilities Officer you’ll be reporting directly into the facility team. You’ll be responsible for general property maintenance & preparation. This will include but not limited to:

- Grounds keeping & landscaping
- Assisting in General Maintenance
- Setting up Sporting Events
- Line Marking
- General Cleaning
- Assisting Staff as needed.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- WWVP Card (Employment Version)
- Excellent Time Management Skills
- Knowledge of General Construction/Landscaping power tools
- White (Ideal but not requirement)
