**Who are we looking for?**
Queensland University of Technology (QUT) is seeking a Administration Officer to join Office of the Executive Dean, Faculty of Business and Law, Academic Division.
The Administration Officer delivers high-quality administration support to the Faculty of Business and Law at QUT. Responsibilities include the management of office equipment and logistics around shared spaces, ordering supplies, and contributing to communications within the Faculty. The position also provides administrative and logístical support to the Executive Dean’s and Deputy Dean’s offices, and contributes to the Faculty's rankings and accreditation processes for international and domestic accreditation bodies including AACSB, AMBA and EQUIS. The position reports to the Faculty Executive Officer in the Office of the Executive Dean.

1. Education, training or relevant experience equivalent to completion of an associate diploma with relevant experience in an administrative position, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education and training.
