**About the Team**:
People Support is responsible for the provision of people and culture advice and services, across a range of digital channels, that support the resolution of individual customer queries.

**About the Role**:
The Manager People Support is responsible for leading front-line service delivery teams and overseeing the daily operations of various human resources advisory, compliance and service support functions.

The incumbent of the role is expected to make well informed effective and timely decisions while promoting continuous learning and development. This includes effectively managing resources for optimal outcomes and empowering individuals and teams to reach their full potential by setting clear performance standards that align with business outcomes.

**Desirable Qualifications**:

- A tertiary qualification in a related field of education.

**Special Conditions**:
The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry. The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN -EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

**Remuneration**:
MAS3: $ 127,859 per annum (1.0 FTE), plus superannuation.
