Are you passionate about advancing research and making a real impact in people’s lives? The Wicking Dementia Centre is a global leader in research and education programs, and we are seeking a dynamic Clinical Research Manager to join our innovative team. This is a unique opportunity to lead and shape clinical research projects and to drive strategy and innovation in neurodegenerative disease research.

- Take responsibility for budget development, financial management and reporting for activities relating to dementia clinical research, ensuring accountability and alignment with strategic priorities.
**What we’re looking for**:
- Completion of a postgraduate qualification in a relevant field with demonstrated leadership and management experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education.
- Demonstrated experience in managing a team of professional staff, ideally within a research or clinical environment, including performance oversight, team development, and operational planning.
- Demonstrated experience in clinical trial governance, including ethics, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder reporting.
- Demonstrated experience in communicating effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders to achieve strategic and operational objectives in a medical research, health and/or higher education environment.

- Demonstrated high level strategic skills, with proven ability to research, analyse, plan and prioritise complex and competing demands, and contribute to strategy development.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills with experience influencing and negotiating successful outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups.
