International Custodian Bank looking for a Manager in the High Achieving reconciliation team

**Your new company**

A great opportunity to join a major International financial institution that promotes internal progression and career opportunities. This is a leadership position within the Middle office function, having oversight of the reconciliation team across multiple products such as FX, Equities, Fixed Income and OTC Derivatives. You will be taking a lead role in all aspects of service delivery and relationship building. This role provides a unique opportunity to drive growth within a high achieving Middle office team.

**Your new role**

**Working as a Manager in the Reconciliation team you will be**:

- Managing the oversight of all outsourced functions across the reconciliation team
- Assist in strategic planning and implementation of growth strategies, working alongside senior management
- Communicate all reporting trends and market conditions to Senior Management
- Meeting all key Risk targets around reconciliation of Financial Products

**What you'll need to succeed**

**To be successful in this role, you will have;**
- At least 10 years’ experience within Securities Services
- Experience in a management position and demonstrated experience developing and getting the best results out of a team
- Experience in process improvements and implementing them effectively
- Demonstrated experience in managing effective client relationships
