**About the Role**

Reporting directly to one of our National Managers, the role of the **Entertainment Reconciliation Officer** is a unique one that is responsible for the accountancy of nominated entertainment projects within a nominated division of Show Group - Music Touring or Film & TV. As an integral member of the team, you will be working closely with the National Manager, consultants, key customers, travel suppliers, CTM finance and other key internal & external stakeholders to ensure that the invoicing and reconciliation to the financial component of nominated entertainment projects is managed within a nominated time frame.

Working in production travel doesn't always adhere to a typical 9-5 office hours schedule. At times we need to be flexible to meet the needs of our customers and the production schedule. As a result, there may be instances where we need to work beyond regular office hours to fulfil the project commitments.

**Key Experience**
- Knowledge of the Global Distribution System (GDS) - Sabre preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Particularly Excel
- Previous Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Administration experience preferred
- Mid Office & Invoicing system experience - Tramada preferred
- Strong prioritising, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Open to work outside typical 9-5 hours when occasionally required
