**Your Opportunity**
- QR are currently recruiting for a **Manager Product Planning** to join The SEQ Integration Department on a permanent fulltime basis at Brisbane office.
- The role is to effectively lead the development and implementation of the Metropolitan Product plan
- and Corridor plans which provide strategic direction for the SEQ line of Business.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide leadership of key issues to achieve business targets, objectives, performance measures, safety responsibilities and seek to implement business performance improvement initiatives.- Lead the delivery of the Metropolitan Product Plan, SEQ Corridor Plans, and support information gathering and analytics to deliver insights and key artefacts within agreed time frames.- Provide comprehensive and accurate documentation that provides clear advice and direction on the development of high-quality product and corridor plans- Develop and maintain positive, cooperative, and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to influence outcomes and ensure consistency within the organisation's governance frameworks.- Work closely with the Senior Manager Governance and Commercial and GM SEQ Integration to ensure strategic consistency of commercial activities.- Manage the sustainable development of planning and business capability to ensure effective succession and workforce planning strategies are in place.

**About You**:
- High level of influencing, interpersonal, consultation, relationship building and negotiation skills.- High level of skill in developing and maintaining communications to effectively manage stakeholders.- High level of skill in summarising, presenting complex issues, negotiating critical outcomes, networking with and influencing key stakeholders.- Extensive knowledge of commercial issues facing a large infrastructure business including financial planning, investment evaluation and performance reporting regimes.- High level of skill in operating in a demanding and dynamic work environment and dealing with conflicting priorities to achieve results.
