- Oversee that all orders processed are checked for accuracy.
- All product, decoration and freight costs are accurately calculated.
- Demonstrate initiative by sourcing alternative products if stock availability is an issue, ensuring our clients needs are always met.
- Thoroughly review all orders before processing
- Update client data within the Company's database if change is required

- Good communication and organisational skills
