A great opportunity exists to join the Legacy Investments Crew as an Investment Customer & Administration Consultant.

This varied role is responsible for providing cost effective service to our advisers and customers for Investment Legacy products for Zurich and OnePath policies. Your tasks will include responding to inbound queries and database management of customers' accounts. Liaising with a range of stakeholders, you will help to drive excellent service levels and operational excellence across the Investment portfolio.

- Strong experience in a client service role, ideally within Financial Services
- Knowledge of Life Risk and/or Superannuation / Managed Investments desirable
- Solution focused mindset and strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise tasks in an agile environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
