**About the role**

As a Product Manager - Investment & Advice you'll support a consumer-centric approach to the design, distribution, and ongoing management of Australian Retirement Trust’s (ART) products, aiming to be Australia's most chosen and trusted retirement partner.

Day to day, you'll:

- Analyze customer feedback, product reporting, research insights, and industry trends to recommend enhancements.
- Identify and validate product target markets and financial needs.
- Assess impacts of product changes and support implementation.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and proposals.
- Document and review retirement product rules for disclosure and training.
- Oversee product disclosure and communication for compliance.
- Ensure compliance with legislation, standards, and policies.

- Experience in product management or market research.
- Strong planning, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to derive insights from customer feedback and data.
- Capability to conduct product and customer research.
- Degree or experience in management, marketing, finance, commerce, economics, or related discipline.
