**The role**

An opportunity has been created for a new member to join the Stockbroking & Trading Team in Brisbane. Our client is ethe countries leading national Wealth Management, Investment Advisory, Financial Planning, Research, and Corporate Finance businesses.

**About you**

Depending on the applicants’ qualifications (perhaps a related financial degree, post grad, or masters) and the attributes of the successful applicant, you will have the appetite and required skills, knowledge, attributes, and additional qualifications to transition across in time to an investment adviser.

**What you will bring**
- High Level of data entry accuracy and as mentioned a high attention to detail
- Be self-motivated with a strng work ethic and ability to meet deadlines
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box
- Multi tasker with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven Customer Relationship Management and client retention skills
- Experience in using the IRESS Order Entry platform will be highly regarded
- Strong computer skills including Salesforce CRM, MS Word & Excel

**Your role**

Working alongside and supportive professional and very experienced team of Private Client Advisers and the office administraion and support team;
- Responsible to manage the execution of trades
- Responsible for Order Reconciliation
- Manage international share queries/ and placing international orders
- Execute Exchange Order Placement and Booking
- Central Trade Manager (CTM) Electronic Trade Confirmation (ETC) Reporting
- Reporting of Short Sales to ASX
- Sorting of contract notes during the day
- Using the IRESS Order Entry Platform
- Liaising with the team of Advisers and their Assistants
