Sitting at the front of the iconic Collins Place at Melbourne’s Paris-end, we are looking for a hospitality superstar ready to take the next step in their career, assisting our venue manager in offering a premium customer service experience.

The role of Assistant Manager will be hands-on and require previous leadership experience in a busy, coffee-focused venue. Working alongside the venue manager, your roster will allow for both opening and closing shifts and requires a diverse skill set from floor to bar/wine to coffee.

- Passionate about hospitality, great food, and working with good people
- Previously experienced in a leadership role within a fast-paced cafe environment
- Exceptionally organised and committed to the highest of standards
- Excited to continue to grow and make your mark at Dame
- Experienced barista to support our coffee team & head barista
- Good conversational local wine, cocktail, and spirits knowledge
- An effective communicator, especially when under pressure

Dame opens Monday - Friday from 7am up to 9pm with the occasional evening cocktail party for good measure. Saturday brunch is on the cards for the warmer months. This is a full-time position and does require some flexibility in rosters from week to week.
