Darling Group is currently looking for an experienced, ambitious and motivated Supervisor to join our growing teams at **The Kettle Black, **South Melbourne. Become a part of a special culture that is committed to executing exceptional experiences.

The Supervisor works directly with the Venue Manager in assisting and overseeing all aspects of the venue operations, ensuring the venue is running effectively and meeting all company standards each day to include, execution of food and beverage service, staff training and induction, guest interaction, atmosphere and cleanliness.

Experience & Skills:

- Previous experience in a similar position in a high-volume venue
- Exemplary service skills and standards
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across different teams
- Passionate about people, hospitality and experiences
- Strong organisation skills with the capability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
- Experience with reservations and POS systems
- Experience with staff training, mentoring and progression

**Salary**: $24.00 - $36.00 per hour
