Dame, Melbourne's most beautiful new cafe is recruiting a shift supervisor. No weekends No late nights

From coffee to cocktails and all the snacks in between, Dame is the place to meet at the Paris end of Collins St.

Located within the busy Collins Place precinct, Dame trades from 7 am till 7 pm Monday - Friday. We are looking for a dedicated, customer-focused, hospitality professional to lead our service team on shift.

This is a hands-on position, working with our baristas, wait staff, and chefs to ensure we are offering a premium customer experience. There is an opportunity to show your range of skills across the day from an epic morning coffee rush to a la carte lunch service through to post-work drinks and snacks. There is never a dull moment

We are looking for someone for whom hospitality is intuitive and instinctive and we're happy to offer a flexible roster for the right person Ideally, we are looking for a 3-4 day-a-week roster, although a full-time position can be accommodated.

Our ideal applicant will demonstrate;
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine sense of hospitality
- Previous cafe/restaurant experience in a high-volume environment
- A high level of personal presentation
- An impeccable can-do work ethic and a willingness to assist the team as required
- An enthusiasm for great food and wine
- A Valid RSA
