About the Role
Join Tokyo Food’s dynamic Melbourne team in a hands-on warehouse role that offers strong operational exposure and room to grow. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to make a lasting contribution in a fast-paced, culturally rich environment.
You’ll play a key role in coordinating warehouse operations and ensuring our products meet the highest standards of safety and quality. For team members who demonstrate initiative, leadership, and reliability, there is potential for expanded responsibilities over time.

Key responsibilities
- Prepare and pack customer orders in line with product safety protocols
- Maintain day-to-day coordination and organisation of the warehouse
- Assist with unloading goods from containers and forklifts
- Support the loading of delivery vehicles
- Handle frozen and chilled goods with care and precision
- Monitor product quality and follow relevant handling regulations
- Ensure warehouse stock is arranged systematically to prevent damage
- Produce delivery documentation and support basic logistics reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements and skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Physically capable of lifting and moving goods up to 25kg
- Proven track record of working effectively in a team environment
- Forklift experience (valid licence preferred)
- Prior experience in warehouse or logistics roles desirable
- Japanese language proficiency highly regarded

Pay: From $58,000.00 per year
