Hanson is one of Australia's leading suppliers of heavy building materials to the construction industry. We produce aggregates, including crushed rock, sand, gravel and road base from a number of locations across Australia.

We are currently seeking self-motivated and experienced **Quarry Operator** to join our **Lysterfield Quarry** team, located about 1 hour south east of Melbourne CBD. We have 2 x positions available, both full time roles.

1 x AM shift - working 6:00am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday as well as Saturday mornings, 6:00am - 12:00pm midday.
1 x PM shift - working 12:00pm midday - 10:00pm, Monday to Friday + 20% loading on all ordinary hours

**In your new role with us, you will**:

- Carry out day to day operation and basic maintenance of various vehicles, plant, and equipment
- Perform general labour activities including cleaning, hosing and shovelling

**This role is a great fit for you if you have**:

- Hold a front end loader, dump truck ticket, or have experience operating fixed plant will be advantageous.
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills
- Total commitment to risk management and OH&S
- A positive work ethic and ability to work within Hanson values and philosophies
- Experience in either Quarrying or Mining
- The ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
