**Operate and Maintain** Hanson is seeking an experienced Operator to join their team in **Lysterfield**, an hours drive east of Melbourne CBD. Reporting to the Quarry Manager, we are seeking applicants who are experienced operators, have a passion for safety and values a strong work ethic. This is a full time role, with working hours of 6:00am to 4:30pm Monday-Friday, 6:30am to 12 midday Saturday. **In your new role with us, you will**: - Operating Mobile Equipment including Dump Trucks (articulated and rigid) - Potential to expand your machine competencies with Front End Loaders, Excavators, Fixed Plant - General mobile plant maintenance - Housekeeping Duties **This role is a great fit for you if you have**: - Total commitment to Zero Harm and Safety Leadership - Strict adherence to mobile plant pre-start & maintenance procedures - Active involvement in maintenance activities when required - Prepared to put in the extra effort and be a team player - Ability to work in a small team and unsupervised - Professional work ethic with a "can do" attitude **What we offer**: - You will be rewarded with a competitive and attractive hourly and penalty rates - Be part of highly recognized global brand name and growing organisation - Ongoing career and development opportunities All successful applicants will be required to complete a pre-employment medical including a drug and alcohol screening.
