Our client is a leading international role player in the Gas, Engineering & Healthcare Industries with diverse expertise in steelmaking, refining, chemical processing, environmental protection, wastewater treatment, welding and cutting, food processing and distribution, glass production, electronics and health care.

Ongoing Opportunity
Day shift position
$34.58 ph

**Key Responsibilities**:
Use of internal training systems ie Elevate, Qliksense & Traccess
Extract reports for individuals identifying what training models are completed, about to elapse or have elapsed
Specific required training reporting divided by areas of the plant
Liaising with Team Leaders & Shift Managers on training allocation sessions
Locking in training sessions in calendar
Assisting staff with logins to complete training modules
Update and maintain T&A spreadsheet

**Requirements**:
Comfortable learning and navigating through new systems
Advanced level in Microsoft products such as Excel, Word and Outlook - Occasionally PowerPoint
Exceptional communication skills
Think outside the box and have great organisation skills
Successful pass a Police Check and medical
