**About the role**

Based at our Training Centre in Osborne Park. This role provides administrative support to the MinRes Business and its associated clients and providers. As a service support function, this role is focused around providing a professional customer service that is helpful and of high quality ensuring set deadlines are met and core business is managed effectively.
- Provide professional, timely and quality service to all customers
- Provide ongoing support and guidance on the MRL Training System (e.g. INX InTuition).
- Assist in the end to end of internal and external Training Bookings
- Continuously improve processes within the training space for better efficiency
- Support MinRes through the continuous promotion of training initiatives and opportunities (eg, authorised assessor program, internal training courses, training updates and weekly insight stories
- Maintain a close working relationship with our associated RTO’s and provide them with front of house support where required
- Other general administration duties as required

**About you**
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE) Desirable
- Strong administration background
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word). Microsoft Project understanding would be desirable
- High attention to detail for data entry
- Ability to work in a high pressure environment
- Able to multi-task and prioritise workload
- High customer service focused
- Great team player, yet able to work independently
