**The Role**

Highly flexible exciting new sales role in an established yet up-and-coming flooring company. With a base salary and attractive commissions.

Unlike traditional flooring sales roles, you will be working from home using Luxfeel's innovative CRM and sales software & on the road doing in-home consultations.

Luxfeel believes in quality over quantity; instead of selling a wide variety of products, you can learn and specialise in a handful of products.

This opportunity is a full-time position with the option of a traditional employee or a contractor structure.

**About you**:
Luxfeel is seeking a motivated sales gun Ideally, you are tech savvy, have experience in a traditional showroom sales environment & experience doing in-home measures and quotes.

Flooring knowledge is highly beneficial but not required.

**Ideal Experience**:

- 2- 3 years experience working in sales/showrooms/retail
- A passion for working with people
- An ability to retain and use Luxfeel product-specific knowledge
- Computer knowledge is essential, and CRM knowledge is preferred.
- Own transport & ability to travel without supervision

Above all, Luxfeel can take time to train the right person with the right attitude who might not have some or most of the above.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Subcontract, Contract
Part-time hours: 38 per week

**Salary**: $21.64 - $33.10 per hour
