They are industry leaders in flooring in luxury residential and commercial projects across all Australian major cities. Due to exciting plans in the pipeline for the company they are seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team in Brisbane.

**The Position**:
**_ Salary - $65,000 - $85,000 + super + commission - OTE $130,000 bare minimum_**

**_ Location - Gold Coast, Queensland_**

Excellent communication skills and computer skill
- Ability to demonstrate experience with high-end products in the design/retail world
- Provide an industry-leading sales experience
- Present and provide information on our premium products and service
- Knowledgeable and passionate about the design industry
- Build and foster relationships with retail clients
- Building upon our design consultation service
- Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers, and driving repeat purchases.
- Liaising with procurement, finance, our warehouse on your projects to ensure a positive client experience and sales process
- Work towards personal and team sales targets and goals
- Client outreach through appointment setting
- Understanding of manufacturing processes is desirable
- Self-motivated and driven with a willingness to absorb a large range of products and demonstrate in-depth product knowledge
- A proven sales and customer service background
- Passion for architecture, interiors and design
- Background in furniture, fabrics, building materials, interior design, luxury goods or a premium brand environment
