**Job description**:
Located near Liverpool, this well-established Australian owned and operated Transport Company is seeking an experienced Fleet Controller. In the role you will be responsible for the coordination of local and regional transport for a major client.

**Duties & responsibilities include**:

- Planning and allocation of deliveries.
- Driver's run sheets/time sheets.
- Liaising with customer and drivers.
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls.
- Creating transport routes based on business and customer needs.
- Assist with general admin tasks.
- Developing and maintaining relationships and rapport with all staff and drivers.

**Experience & skills required**:

- Previous experience as a Transport Allocator.
- Knowledge of the Sydney metro area.
- Ability to effectively plan and organise driver runs.
- Problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Driven and passionate about the transport industry.
