The Grout Guy currently operates in, Sydney Melbourne, Geelong, Perth and Brisbane with plans to continue expanding. We are Australia’s leading shower repair and regrouting specialists, priding ourselves on completing work to the highest standard. This includes each and every touchpoint with the customer.

The successful applicant will be required to complete estimates (quotations) both over the phone and onsite. They will also be required to provide technical knowledge support to the office staff and customers alike. The role fits alongside the leading hand of each area and reports to the state manager.

You must have had 2 plus years of sales experience either face to face or over the phone and be able to demonstrate previous success in this area.

A strong understanding of tiling or wet area construction is imperative. The successful applicant will also have the following attributes:

- B2B sales skills
- ability to confront paperwork
- strong communication skills
- comfortable in an office environment and on the road.
- Police clearance (non-negotiable)

**Salary**: From $75,000.00 per year
