What your day will look like....
In this role, you'll start by overseeing the daily operations of your team, ensuring they are supported and motivated to meet rostering and workforce management goals. You'll review and monitor workloads, guide your team's development, and ensure adherence to standard work practices. Collaboration will be key, as you'll engage with key stakeholders like payroll and other health services to ensure data accuracy and compliance. You'll also take charge of system maintenance, identifying opportunities for improvement and making sure processes are optimized. Through regular training sessions, you'll empower staff across the Darling Downs and South West regions, all while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Your focus will be on quality, safety, and ethical management, ensuring high standards are upheld at every step. Each day will offer you the chance to influence positive change while maintaining a supportive and people-centric work environment.
