**About the Role**
We are seeking an enthusiastic, diligent Team Leader to join our small, friendly family business.

Are you a people person with a genuine desire to help clients every day? Are you a strong leader who can guide a team to go the extra mile?

The position will be communicating daily with various clients, employees and contacts, being approachable and working well under pressure.

The hours are:
Monday to Friday - 8.30am - 4.30pm
- (plus only 1 in 5 weekends on call with allowances) _

Casual leading to Permanent

**Your duties will include, but not limited to**:

- Interviewing and onboarding of new staff
- Maintain weekly roster & rostering staff leave requirements
- Organise and facilitate staff training & performance management
- Assist with incident reporting and risk management
- Meet new clients & understand client needs including rostering requirements
- Monitor client goals & any health or mobility changes
- Attend stakeholder meetings

**Skills and experience**:

- Previous industry experience required
- Evidence of leadership ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, computer planning skills to manage multiple priorities
- Client orientated with genuine desire to support your customers
- Enjoy leading a team and building a positive environment
- Adapt and adjust to changing work environments
- Be a people person

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: From $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call

**Experience**:

- Administration: 2 years (preferred)
- Leadership: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
