iPlay Sunset Superbowl is looking for an energetic, hands-on Team Leader to keep the good times rolling for our guests and crew.

What You'll Do:

As a Team Leader, you'll be at the heart of our operations — making sure every shift runs smoothly and every guest walks away smiling.

  • Support the Venue Manager and Assistant Venue Manager with daily operations
  • Lead shifts, including opening and closing the venue
  • Motivate and guide the team to deliver amazing customer service
  • Keep the venue looking its best, safe, and fun for all
  • Solve problems on the fly and ensure the energy stays high

This is a chance to step up and lead in one of Toowoomba's favourite entertainment venues.

About You:

You're a motivator, problem-solver, and a team player who loves leading from the front. You'll also bring:

  • At least 6 months' experience in a Team Leader or Supervisor role (hospitality, retail, or entertainment is a big plus)
  • A hands-on approach and willingness to jump in wherever needed
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Reliability, attention to detail, and a passion for creating great guest experiences
  • Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and school holidays

Experience in arcades or bowling is a bonus — but not essential. We'll train you up
