**THE OPPORTUNITY**

With our current business expansion in Melbourne and Sydney, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Environmental Sustainability Designer to be part of, and influence, the continued growth of our business. As a member of the Environment Discipline, this role will see you working closely with other engineers, scientists, designers and other professionals across a variety of disciplines throughout the McGC business. You will be given the opportunity to actively participate in and contribute to the technical aspects of a range of projects so that they are consistently and successfully delivered according to plan.
- Provide technical drafting and design support in the area of sustainable drainage, WSUD and hydrology for planning and design projects including public space, cities and communities;
- Coordinating and providing technical support in terms of GIS data analysis, environmental spatial design inputs to the team’s multi-disciplinary projects;
- Supporting technical user queries, conducting training and communicating changes and developments to users;
- Working with various Project Managers to ensure high quality drawings are being delivered on time and within budget;
- Ensuring compliance with McGregor Coxall and client standards on quality of GIS outputs, BIM (Revit) models and CAD outputs.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Significant experience working in GIS (QGIS & ArcGIS) preferably a minimum of 4 years
- Relevant experience in environmental planning and design practice
- Ability to create collaborative relationships and influence key stakeholders
- Proven ability to work cohesively as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- You are a team player, and can cooperate effectively with others through open sharing of knowledge and information
- Excellent CAD & BIM skills in AutoCAD (or Vectorworks), 12D or Civil3D
- Knowledge of coding using Dynamo, Python and other programming languages is highly desired
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
