As Environmental Sustainability Manager, you will play a crucial role in revolutionising the construction industry's approach to environmental responsibility. Your main focus will be to spearhead sustainability initiatives, ensuring that projects align with the highest standards of environmental stewardship. You'll collaborate closely with various departments, including architecture, engineering, construction, external vendors and consultants to integrate sustainable design principles into projects from inception to completion.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development and implementation of environmentally conscious strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainable design elements into architectural plans, engineering solutions, and construction processes.
- Drive the use of eco-friendly materials, energy-efficient systems, and innovative technologies to minimise the environmental impact of projects.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sustainability initiatives, tracking key metrics and making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in environmental sustainability, bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to the table.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external consultants, vendors, and partners to ensure the successful execution of sustainability initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in implementing sustainability strategies within the real-estate development or construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of sustainable design principles, green building certifications, and eco-friendly construction materials.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a passion for driving change and influencing others towards a more sustainable future.
